About the role

The Customer Service Manager will lead the front‑of‑house team at SharkBites, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and friendly experience. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in El Salvador and reports directly to operations management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily customer service activities in the restaurant.
• Plan and organize staff shifts to guarantee optimal coverage.
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints and suggestions with empathy and efficiency.
• Analyze service performance indicators and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and operations teams to maintain brand‑consistent, agile service.

Required profile

• Strong aptitude for customer service and satisfaction, with the ability to manage experiences and resolve incidents effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and guest interaction.
• Analytical mindset to interpret satisfaction data, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Experience in managing key client relationships or accounts, ensuring ongoing trust.
• Preferred background in restaurant or retail environments, team leadership, digital customer service tools, and education in administration, tourism, or related fields.
