Junior Sales Supervisor – Traditional Trade

About the role

The Junior Sales Supervisor – Traditional Trade will coordinate commercial activities with key customers, acting as the strategic link between points of sale and central operations. This high‑potential role supports distributor sales performance alongside the Regional Executive and is based in San Salvador with regular travel to San Miguel.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support the customer sales force to meet performance targets.
• Analyse sales and distribution data using Google Sheets and Excel to monitor compliance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage distribution, promotions, inventory levels and product turnover across assigned accounts.
• Coordinate on‑site execution and merchandising standards with third‑party or client personnel.
• Identify market trends, share insights and help shape responsive sales strategies.
• Map and census points of sale to ensure maximum commercial coverage.
• Implement the 5 P’s strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, POP) and display guidelines at all locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, commercial supervision or trade marketing within the FMCG sector.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel up to 80 % of the time.
