Key Account & Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Konffetty is looking for a proactive Key Account & Customer Service Specialist who can manage multiple client accounts, respond to inquiries promptly, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires strong English communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and follow up on an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Respond to client queries via email, phone and other communication platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Track orders, delivery dates and any issues related to the accounts.
• Identify sales and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare commercial reports and client follow‑up information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor pending requests until resolution.
• Update client, order and activity information continuously.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales or account management.
• Advanced spoken and written English with excellent professional writing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
• Comfortable learning and using new digital platforms.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
• General competence with Microsoft Office suite.
