Learning Experience Designer

About the role

The Learning Experience Designer will lead the design and development of comprehensive digital learning experiences for clients. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, manage project timelines, and ensure the effectiveness of educational programs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs, conduct Training Needs Analysis, and define learning goals and success indicators.
• Design, develop, and deliver innovative enablement content across multiple formats and modalities.
• Lead Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and create digital learning interactions for client onboarding.
• Manage just‑in‑time enablement content within digital adoption and learning management systems.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, able to present to varied audiences and negotiate stakeholder expectations.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management and ability to work both independently and within a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise 360, Storyline 360) and other content authoring tools.
• Video and audio production skills using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Audition, Vyond, or similar.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE model, Bloom’s taxonomy, and agile methodology.
• Experience creating micro‑learning materials and conducting needs assessments.
