Legal Intake & Lead Conversion Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Legal Intake & Lead Conversion Specialist to support a US‑based legal client. You will manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule consultations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web inquiries, creating a professional first impression.
• Qualify prospective clients by asking relevant questions and assessing fit with the firm’s services.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and manage attorneys’ calendars.
• Collect required documents, enter client data, and maintain accurate records.
• Support case‑related administrative tasks such as email correspondence, transcription, research, and spreadsheet management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in legal intake, inside sales, customer success, lead generation, or high‑volume customer service.
• Strong phone presence, confident outbound calling, and consistent follow‑up.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive conversations compassionately.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with legal case management software.
