About the role
To provide expert customer service to both the property owner and tenant through the management and complete ownership of the maintenance business process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of maintenance business processes, including work orders, job bids, quality control, vendor invoices and performance, and preventative maintenance walkthroughs.
- Oversee operations managed by maintenance coordinators, such as after‑hours service calls, property walkthroughs, turnovers, and rental license inspections.
- Handle key aspects related to tenant closeouts, owner cancellations and property turn‑overs.
Required profile
- Strong leadership, critical thinking and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer‑service orientation, and analytical/financial skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and understand relevant laws and statutes.
