Marketing & Communications Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Graphic Designer to create visual assets that support TELUS Digital’s marketing and communication strategies. The role involves designing digital, ATL and BTL materials, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and collaborate on design concepts, direction and assets for brand and campaign communications.
• Produce original graphics for digital media, print, POP materials, and large‑format productions.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine creative briefs and adapt concepts for multi‑channel use, including social media.
• Streamline design processes across functions to improve efficiency.
• Participate in board meetings to present new ideas and design solutions.
• Prepare print‑ready artworks for promotional and branding materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s level studies in Graphic Design (4 years university).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a design agency or studio.
• Strong English proficiency (B2 oral and written).
• Experience designing for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Ability to write for corporate communication and advertising.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
