Marketing Manager – Firstbase Business Unit

About the role

AppDirect is hiring a Marketing Manager for its Firstbase Business Unit. The role is an individual contributor, not a leadership position, and serves as the primary marketing referent for the BU. You will turn BU strategy into integrated marketing plans and drive execution that delivers measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Own campaign strategy across digital, events, content and enablement
• Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Set campaign KPIs and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals
• Translate business priorities into marketing programs with clear ROI expectations
• Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives at once, and oversee external contractors or agency partners when applicable
• Identify cross-sell and shared go-to-market opportunities across the portfolio
• Present marketing results and insights to BU stakeholders and refine programs using performance data and customer feedback

Required profile

• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telecom or services
• Experience owning marketing strategy for a product line, BU or revenue segment
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization and business acumen
• Comfortable presenting performance insights and recommendations

Required skills

• Strong understanding of direct and/or channel go-to-market models
• Advanced knowledge of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics and pipeline reporting
• Experience designing and running A/B tests and performance experiments
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows
