Marketing Strategy Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Strategy Specialist at PedidosYa, you will drive growth and retention for our user base across Latin America. You will own the end‑to‑end CRM and lifecycle strategy, blending business intelligence with commercial insight to boost acquisition, loyalty and churn prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the analytical pillar of the team, processing data, generating actionable insights and democratizing information for strategic decisions.
• Design and execute loyalty, re‑activation and churn‑reduction programs to maximize subscriber Lifetime Value.
• Develop innovative acquisition tactics and increase usage frequency.
• Identify business opportunities and resource‑optimization ideas through continuous KPI analysis for new launches.
• Produce performance diagnostics, report efficiency metrics and align local and regional markets.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Solid experience in Strategy, CRM, Growth or user‑base management.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to make business decisions based on analysis.
• Strong initiative, autonomy and capability to lead complex end‑to‑end projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced SQL.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic to intermediate Python (desired).
