About the role
We are seeking a Medical Trainer to lead the scientific‑medical training of our commercial teams. The role involves creating and delivering educational programs that ensure the sales force accurately conveys product and therapeutic information to healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive medical‑scientific training plan.
- Develop and deliver training sessions covering medical concepts, therapeutic areas, and product details.
- Enable commercial teams to understand and correctly communicate scientific information to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify training needs and maintain continuous updates of scientific knowledge.
Required profile
- Professional background in Health Sciences.
- Proven experience in medical‑scientific training.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work closely with commercial teams and adapt training to their needs.
