About the role

As an Operations Coordinator (L1), you'll help keep transportation operations running smoothly across North America by coordinating with transportation providers, monitoring upcoming trips, resolving operational issues, and supporting real-time logistics. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate last‑minute transportation requests by sourcing and securing providers.
• Communicate trip details, pricing, and availability with providers via phone and email.
• Audit upcoming and live trips to ensure operational readiness.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex situations when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Operations, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of provider communications and trip updates.
• Support service recovery efforts during operational disruptions.
• Help improve operational processes and overall efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, operations, dispatch, transportation, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+).
• Enjoys solving problems and making decisions under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning new systems quickly.
