Operations Lead

About the role

The Operations Lead will ensure flawless execution of transportation services from start to finish. You will maintain real‑time control of each operation stage and act as the primary communication bridge between clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Validate client requests, confirm completeness of information, and flag exceptions before execution.
• Monitor real‑time milestones—loading, tracking, and delivery—ensuring timely receipt of evidence and documentation.
• Identify and resolve incidents such as delays, mechanical issues, route changes, inspections, or documentation problems.
• Respond to carrier inquiries, coordinate solutions, and escalate issues clearly and efficiently.
• Continuously identify friction points, propose improvements, and help standardize operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating transport or logistics operations.
• Experience with light, heavy, or last‑mile freight is desirable.
• Proven ability to resolve incidents under pressure.
• Strong organizational, tracking, and control skills.
• Effective, respectful, and structured communication style.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced use of digital tools and tracking dashboards.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Basic CRM knowledge.
