About the role
SGF Global is recruiting interpreters for its client's team to provide consecutive bidirectional interpretation between English and Spanish speakers. The role is fully remote and offers a solid foundation in interpretation, with progression opportunities into Video Remote Interpretation (VRI).
Key responsibilities
- Provide consecutive interpretation services (English to Spanish and Spanish to English)
- Accurately convey meaning, tone, intent and context
- Maintain professionalism, neutrality and confidentiality
- Follow applicable ethics and standards
Required profile
- Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Own tablet or computer
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Strong communication and active listening skills
