Payroll Manager – Lead System Integration & Operations

About the role

The Payroll Manager will lead the integration and continuous improvement of our payroll system to meet evolving business needs. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance with all relevant regulations while driving efficiency across time‑keeping and payroll functions.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage and execute overall payroll operations delivery, including Workday service enhancements and system design.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement HCM and payroll platforms, ensuring configurations align with business strategy.
• Identify, onboard, and manage payroll vendor partners to support company growth objectives.
• Conduct periodic audits, analyze payroll and time‑keeping processes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard and custom reports to meet client and legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years leading a multinational payroll team with strong knowledge of US payroll.
• Deep understanding of local and regional statutory taxes, benefits, and withholdings.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end payroll at a global scale, preferably in a Global Shared Services environment.

Required skills

• Workday payroll and HCM system expertise.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Service Management tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
