Performance Analyst

About the role

The Performance Analyst will consolidate and analyze full‑funnel digital campaign data to ensure high‑quality insights for data‑driven decision‑making. You will work closely with the performance marketing team to turn raw data into actionable recommendations that improve media investment and campaign outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate data from media platforms, ad servers, analytics tools and CRM systems, guaranteeing consistency and integrity.
• Design, develop and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio for KPI monitoring and regional reporting.
• Analyze campaign KPIs (reach, frequency, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, VTR, etc.) to detect trends, anomalies and optimization opportunities.
• Provide timely business insights and performance alerts to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or e‑commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics.

Required skills

• Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio for dashboard creation.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
• Data extraction from DV360, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
