Product Executive

About the role

MSN Labs is expanding its team in El Salvador and is looking for a Product Executive. The role will design, implement and lead the marketing strategy for the pharmaceutical product portfolio, ensuring market positioning, profitable growth and differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and plans for the El Salvador market.
• Define strategy and plans for each line within the product portfolio.
• Settle the monthly incentive plan for the sales team.
• Conduct market studies and build data‑based business cases.
• Participate in S&OP committees and provide feedback.
• Design launch strategies for new products and new divisions.
• Plan and execute marketing events to strengthen brand positioning.
• Organise and manage participation in congresses and conferences.
• Execute global marketing campaigns locally.
• Report and track ROI of all marketing activities.
• Monitor budget execution and ensure compliance.
• Provide field support to verify correct implementation of strategies.
• Other duties inherent to the position.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicine, Biochemistry or a related field.
