About the role
The Program Manager CXAI will act as the execution engine for the CXAI Ops Enablement team, turning senior leadership strategy into concrete results. Working in a hybrid setting across El Salvador and Guatemala, you will ensure initiatives launch on time, stay on track and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present program reports and stakeholder communications, both written and verbal.
- Drive roadmap execution and oversee delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and maintain program governance, operational rhythms and reporting structures.
- Define measures of success, track KPIs and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi‑team programs or projects.
- Proven ability to build governance frameworks, operational cadences and reporting mechanisms.
- Strong operational mindset focused on execution and follow‑through.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership and clients.
- PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using KPIs, dashboards and performance data.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
