Project Manager, Service Delivery

About the role

As a Project Manager on the Service Delivery team, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of new orders for business customers across a portfolio of telecom services. This fully remote role combines project management, technical delivery and direct customer communication to ensure a seamless experience from order initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third‑party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular, clear updates to customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number‑porting processes.
• Document dependencies and priorities clearly to enable efficient execution.
• Leverage hands‑on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.
• Demonstrate expertise in SD‑WAN implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team and organizational success.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
• Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SD‑WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering with carriers.
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party resources effectively.
