About the role
The Sales Promoter is responsible for driving product sales through effective exhibition, rotation, and promotional activities at retail points of sale, ensuring compliance with company policies and store regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inventory checks (stock levels, rotation, and non‑moving items) and place timely replenishment orders for each store.
- Plan and implement product promotions and displays to meet established sales targets.
- Execute promotional activities aimed at increasing product sales and market presence.
- Rotate products according to guidelines to maintain availability, good condition, and attractive presentation.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 9th grade; preferably a high school diploma.
- At least 1 year of customer‑service experience; 2 years of sales promotion experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in retail environments and follow store policies.
Required skills
- Handling of supermarket tools and equipment.
