About the role

Anchor Co-Living is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of shared co‑living homes. This fully remote role focuses on delivering an organized, professional, and human‑centered experience for tenants, case managers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals and terminations, ensuring a smooth resident experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and proactively address potential issues.
• Maintain clear communication with tenants, case managers, and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
• Manage daily operations of multiple co‑living properties, tracking room‑by‑room occupancy and shared common areas.
• Coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors, ensuring repair requests are logged, scheduled, and completed.
• Prioritize competing tasks, focusing on urgent matters first.
• Monitor rent collections, follow up on delinquencies, and ensure lease compliance.
• Maintain accurate lease agreements, tenant records, and property files.
• Prepare occupancy and operational reports for management.

Required profile

• Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, residents, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Problem‑solver who instinctively looks for solutions when issues arise.
