Recruitment Analyst III – Remote (Central America)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Recruitment Analyst III to support our global hiring initiatives. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Central America. You will ensure a smooth candidate journey from application through onboarding while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Screen online application forms and candidate profiles to evaluate fit for multiple positions.
• Manage questionnaire screening, follow‑up communications and daily email correspondence with candidates worldwide.
• Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS and related systems with high accuracy.
• Identify and propose improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Assist in gathering and analysing recruitment metrics and pipeline data.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and other stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
• Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a top employer.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, administration or coordination (1.5 years for external candidates).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; case‑management tools are a plus.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Languages, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2) and preferably additional languages.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel (assessment will be part of selection).
• Proficiency with Google G‑Suite.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of case‑management tools.
• Experience using social‑media channels for professional recruitment.
