Recruitment Analyst IV – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruitment Analyst IV supports TELUS Digital’s StepUp program by managing end‑to‑end hiring for internal and external candidates across non‑agent and global positions. The role ensures a smooth, unbiased selection process while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job listings on internal portals and external boards, aligning with hiring manager requirements.
• Identify qualified candidates using internal databases and external sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or in‑person interviews, and administer assessment tools to evaluate language, technical and personal competencies.
• Validate candidate suitability and present approved candidates to management.
• Support fair hiring practices by reviewing job postings and interview processes for bias.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct reference and background checks, and keep applicants informed throughout the process.
• Maintain relationships with internal applicants and ensure consistent communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a technology or digital environment.
• Strong understanding of fair hiring practices and ability to apply unbiased selection criteria.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with hiring managers and candidates.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Experience using automated assessment tools for candidate evaluation.
