Remote Receptionist – Latin America

About the role

Latino Legends is recruiting for a premier property and real‑estate management company that needs a remote Receptionist to act as the brand ambassador and first point of contact for its corporate office. Working from anywhere in Latin America, you will handle phone, email and web inquiries, ensuring callers and clients receive prompt, professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, filter and route all inbound calls for the corporate office, providing sales overflow support during high‑volume periods.
• Monitor, reply to and organize messages in the main information and management email accounts and oversee website chatbot chats and contact‑form submissions.
• Assess client needs, resolve routine inquiries, and forward complex issues to regional or property managers.
• Maintain call and inquiry tracking logs and perform general clerical tasks such as document preparation, data entry and filing.
• Provide occasional after‑hours or weekend monitoring for urgent communications within agreed parameters.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in receptionist, administrative support or corporate customer‑service roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with a professional demeanor.
• Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What we offer

• Salary $1,500 – $1,750 USD per month, paid bi‑weekly.
• 80 hours paid time off per year, U.S. holidays off and holiday bonuses.

• Independent‑contractor arrangement with flexible Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (8 AM‑5 PM MST).
