Remote Trainer for Operations Managers

About the role

As a Trainer at Edge, you will drive the professional growth of our Operations Managers from onboarding through client placement and beyond. You will introduce them to the EdgeOS system, partner with them on real‑world client scenarios, and cultivate confident, self‑sufficient operators.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor training progress, confirm video and module completion, and review pre‑placement and post‑placement progress.
• Review daily tasks for quality, provide clear feedback, and answer training questions as the go‑to person.
• Coach placed Operations Managers through regular meetings, helping them understand responsibilities and work through specific situations.
• Brainstorm solutions, act as a thinking partner, share ideas and pressure‑test approaches.
• Flag risks early, spot struggling individuals and intervene before client impact.
• Own client quality by communicating with clients, gathering feedback, and ensuring service standards are met.
