About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our long‑standing company as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting our products, and providing assistance during defined working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person or via phone to understand their needs.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required profile
- Commercial high‑school diploma (Bachillerato comercial).
- Responsible, dynamic and honest attitude.
- Flexibility with the schedule and no issues with working hours.
- Strong ability to communicate with customers.
- Quick learning capacity.
Required skills
What we offer
- Legal benefits in accordance with labor law.
- Fixed schedule: Monday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 2:20 pm.
