Resource Management Delivery Services Associate

About the role

RSM, a global provider of professional services to the middle market, is hiring a Resource Management Delivery Services Associate in San Salvador. The Associate builds foundational knowledge of the enterprise resource management program and supports day-to-day execution of resource management processes within the Dayshape platform, working under the direction of senior team members and collaborating with colleagues across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily resource management support tasks such as Dayshape data uploads, schedule maintenance and scheduling initiatives, following documented standards and priorities.
• Support a globally distributed team through clear handoffs across time zones and escalate questions, data issues or competing priorities to senior team members or the Manager.
• Perform quality checks on deliverables for data accuracy, completeness and compliance with Dayshape and resource management standards.
• Clarify task requirements, timelines and expectations with Resource Managers and delivery leadership, and escalate recurring administrative or data issues.
• Take part in testing and deployment of new Dayshape releases, document test results and give feedback on execution issues.
• Help develop release communications, job aids and training materials, and escalate data quality issues or execution risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or certifications.
• 0-2 years of experience in professional services, operations or administrative support roles.
• Exposure to resource management processes or scheduling concepts is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage structured, repeatable work at scale.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, plus interest in continuous improvement.
