Resource Management Senior Associate

About the role

The Resource Management Senior Associate supports the resource manager and regional leaders in implementing scheduling processes and engagement management across service lines. You will collaborate with business leaders and client teams to align staffing with financial goals, capacity, and client needs while ensuring a diverse and positive staff experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist resource managers and regional leaders in scheduling, utilization, and forecasting activities.
• Generate and analyse scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports to guide staffing decisions.
• Identify workload trends, balance assignments, and increase utilization rates.
• Provide financial, profitability and exception reporting, monitoring productivity, conflicts, travel and non‑charge hours.
• Review schedules to ensure alignment with experience, industry expertise, account priority and geography.
• Implement firm‑wide programs such as rotations and global assignments.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings, clarify requirements, and enforce best practices.
• Administer scheduling system onboarding for new hires and maintain accurate reporting data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make proactive staffing recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to internal clients.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure accuracy in reports and schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively across service lines and geographic locations.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling and resource management systems.
• Proficiency in generating and analysing utilization, forecasting and financial reports.
• Knowledge of engagement management processes within a professional services environment.
