Resource Management Senior Associate

About the role

The Resource Management Senior Associate supports the resource manager and regional leaders in scheduling, utilization, and engagement management, ensuring alignment with financial and client priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing scheduling processes and generate utilization, forecasting, and profitability reports.
• Monitor staff schedules, productivity, conflicts, travel, and non-charge hours to support financial plans.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings, resolve rescheduling issues, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide analysis of trends to balance workloads and increase utilization.
• Mentor and coach schedulers, and support talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 3‑5 years of experience in professional services or resource management.
• 2‑3 years of relevant scheduling or service line experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organization, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to change and operate with a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
