Resource Management Sr. Associate

About the role

The Resource Management Sr. Associate supports the resource manager and regional leaders in scheduling, utilization, and engagement management across service lines. The role ensures alignment of staff capacity with client needs and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing scheduling processes and generate utilization, forecasting, and profitability reports.
• Monitor staff schedules, productivity, conflicts, travel, and non‑charge hours to support financial plans.
• Identify workload trends, balance assignments, and drive consistency across locations.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings, resolve rescheduling issues, and mentor junior schedulers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 3‑5 years of professional services or resource management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• 2‑3 years of relevant scheduling or service‑line experience.
