Revit Structural Drafter – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Revit Structural Drafter to join our engineering and design team. You will translate engineering concepts and sketches into precise structural construction documents using CAD and BIM software, performing preliminary calculations and detailing assemblies for wood‑frame and reinforced‑concrete structures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for gravity, lateral, foundation, and retaining systems.
• Design wood‑frame assemblies (shear walls, joists, beams) and reinforced concrete elements (foundations, slabs, columns).
• Develop detailed structural plans, sections, and framing details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project leads to ensure constructability.
• Ensure strict compliance with building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and NDS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2–5+ years of structural drafting experience with wood and concrete.
• EIT preferred; SE/PE track a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
• Experience with structural analysis software such as Enercalc, RISA, WoodWorks, or RAM.
• Familiarity with building codes (IBC, IRC) and material standards (ACI, NDS).
