About the role
Dialbridge BPO is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping to drive engagement and satisfaction while supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client calls, chats, and text messages with professionalism.
- Assist with inquiries, identify potential leads, and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and maintain service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while documenting interactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
