Sales Representative – Customer Service & B2C Sales

About the role

The Sales Representative will deliver a high-quality customer service experience while actively selling TELUS Digital’s products to Canadian customers. The role focuses on informing prospects about services, meeting sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and other performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in a mandatory four-week training program and attend all scheduled sessions.
• Adapt to a 24/7 work schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and statutory holidays.

Required profile

• Third-year university student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-service role is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong oral and written English comprehension (minimum 80%).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – basic proficiency.
• Advanced customer-service techniques.
• Knowledge of motivation theory and quality-process principles.
• Understanding of sales techniques (desirable).
