About the role
Join InteLogix as a Sales Representative focused on residential electricity plans. You will engage with customers across the globe, solving problems, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through both inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and complete enrollments for new residential service customers.
- Process renewal orders and conduct outbound renewal dialing for existing customers.
- Address billing inquiries and explain residential electricity charges.
- Upsell complementary products such as smart thermostats, surge protection devices, and solar leads.
- Achieve acquisition, renewal, and upselling sales targets.
- Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results‑oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
