About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to oversee plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Working under attorney supervision, you will coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to ensure efficient case progression.

Key responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 80‑120 personal injury claims, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Coordinate insurance communications, medical treatment, and claim management throughout the case lifecycle.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date case documentation in Litify and monitor claim status to prevent delays.
Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish, providing timely updates and support.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
Familiarity with no‑fault, bodily injury, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

Litify case management platform.
Salesforce (preferred).
