Senior IT Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager (IT) you will lead multiple large‑scale technology projects, often focused on staff augmentation and software delivery. You will work with cross‑functional, highly skilled technical teams to drive strategic initiatives, maintain operational excellence, and ensure top‑tier project execution and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Sustain organizational effectiveness by implementing and supporting strategic technology plans.
• Plan, monitor, and guide project outcomes while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Foster staff retention through a dependable, communicative work environment.
• Evaluate and enhance billable utilization, manage capacity planning and forecast profitability.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Propose IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on organizational outcomes and trends.
• Achieve financial objectives by predicting results, scheduling expenditures, and implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in engineering or project management roles.
• Advanced experience with financials, budget management, and Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience as a People Manager, including performance improvement and attrition management.
• Deep technical expertise and comprehensive IT industry background.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑oriented mindset.
