Senior Manager Human Resources

About the role

The Senior Manager Human Resources will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for product development, sourcing and other functions across the LAM region. You will collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of trust and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support mid‑ to long‑term objectives.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and team effectiveness.
• Use data‑driven insights to identify trends, diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and support culture transformation and employee engagement.
• Oversee core HR services including employee relations, compliance, performance management, rewards and the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local regulations and global standards; liaise with Labor and Tax Bureaus as needed.
• Drive performance management, coaching, development planning and DEI initiatives.
• Partner with Rewards teams to design market‑aligned compensation packages and analyze compensation trends.
• Lead employee‑engagement programs, communication mechanisms and resolve employee‑relation issues.
