Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing group of technology, marketing and digital health companies operating in El Salvador, Spain and the United States. We need a senior project manager who can create and own the project‑management method that will be used across the whole group.

Key responsibilities

• Define how projects are planned, prioritized, reported and which tools are used.
• Implement the chosen methodology and ensure adoption by design, development, sales, client and founder teams.
• Manage multiple parallel projects across several companies, teams and time zones.
• Identify risks early and communicate status proactively to founders and stakeholders.
• Drive delivery, follow‑up on tasks, and keep clients informed without being asked.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in startups or high‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to run several projects simultaneously, not just one large initiative.
• Fluent English and ability to work with US‑based clients and teams.
• Resides in the metropolitan area of San Salvador and can work onsite.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of saying “no” or “yes, but…”.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira or equivalent.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.
