Senior Remote Sales Consultant – LATAM (Immigration Law)

About the role

We are a rapidly growing U.S. immigration law firm looking for a senior sales professional to help clients make life‑changing decisions. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and works on U.S. Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom and phone consultations with qualified inbound leads.
• Build rapport quickly through empathetic, structured conversations.
• Identify each client’s immigration goals, concerns, and motivations.
• Recommend appropriate legal services and discuss fees and payment options.
• Handle objections with professionalism and follow up consistently until a decision is made.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1–C2) and minimum 2 years experience in consultative or high‑ticket sales, collections, client retention, financial or legal services.
• Proven record selling to U.S.‑based clients via phone or Zoom with strong discovery, objection‑handling and closing skills.
• Comfort discussing financial commitments of $3,000–$12,000+ and disciplined CRM usage.
• Available full‑time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and located in Latin America.
