Senior Software Engineer (React & .NET) – LATAM Remote

About the role

Praxent is seeking a senior software engineer to strengthen its LATAM team. The role is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from Mexico, El Salvador, or Colombia while delivering modern financial services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sprint stories on time, enhancing team capacity and velocity.
• Design and develop attractive user interfaces and data‑driven REST APIs, integrating AI technologies where appropriate.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and guidance on AI tools and best practices.
• Act as technical SME, managing pipelines, environments, and ensuring successful sprint delivery.
• Present technical demos and sprint reviews, showcasing completed API methods and deployment processes.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of professional experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript and .NET/C#.
• Proven ability to build responsive front‑end interfaces and secure, efficient RESTful APIs.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server) and cloud/DevOps practices.
• Strong collaboration skills with client stakeholders during sprint planning.
