Senior Technical Process Developer

About the role

Thrivelab is seeking a senior technical professional to design, automate, integrate, and continuously improve the systems and workflows that support its healthcare operations. The role bridges business processes and technology, requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to translate current work practices into scalable, future‑state solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing CRM, patient, provider, recruiting, HR, pharmacy, and fulfillment workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end automated solutions using configuration, scripting, integration, or custom development.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, JSON data mappings, and database transformations.
• Evaluate and select appropriate platforms (e.g., Zoho suite, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, Workato) for automation needs.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development, improve workflows, and stay current with new AI models.
• Document technical designs, testing procedures, and validation results.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or business process automation.
• Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous problems, define requirements, and deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Programming/scripting: JavaScript, Python, Deluge.
• API expertise: REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication methods.
• Data handling: databases, SQL, data mappings, transformations.
• Automation platforms: Zoho CRM/Creator/Books/Flow/Desk, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, Workato.
• BI/reporting tools and SQL.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools.
