SEO Manager - Growth & Performance (WordPress Focus)

About the role

Otte Polo Group is seeking a high‑performance SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies across its portfolio of brands, turning organic traffic into a predictable revenue channel. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership and ROI accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organic growth roadmap for all Otte Polo Group brands and set KPIs tied to traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of SEO specialists, content writers and technical support.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, optimise WordPress pages, improve internal linking and implement structured data.
• Oversee backlink acquisition, authority building and align SEO efforts with paid media and partnerships.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates and lead quality, and pivot strategies quickly to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a growth‑focused environment with a proven record of scaling organic traffic.
• Strong background in WordPress, including page builders, plugins and technical site structure.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable challenging ineffective tactics and linking SEO performance directly to revenue.
