Service Director – Customer Digital Channel Training

About the role

The Service Director will train, advise and guide bank customers on the proper use of electronic channels, supporting the bank’s migration and service culture strategy. The role focuses on meeting defined targets while reducing wait times and improving response quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized training on electronic banking channels and assist with Qflow kiosk usage.
• Report any electronic channel failures to the ATM/Kiosk department, Qflow team, and Call Center promptly.
• Engage customers waiting in branch areas, promoting digital channels and financial correspondents.
• Offer new debit cards, PIN telebanking, e‑banking services, insurance, and digital adoption to meet monthly management plans.
• Refer pre‑approved products (credit cards, loans, salary advances) to the business area for enrollment.
• Manage Qflow equipment, including paper changes, power cycles, fault reporting, and monitor waiting times across the branch.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Interest in financial services and customer experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced branch environment.
