About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team in Santa Tecla. No prior experience is required – we will provide full training so you can deliver an outstanding service experience to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, restrooms and kitchen utensils.
- Prepare food items such as cutting vegetables, portioning proteins and baking bread.
- Handle cash transactions, perform cash counts and close the register at the end of the shift.
- Interact with customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct product counts.
Required profile
- Reside in Santa Tecla or nearby areas (Palmas, Merliot, Trébol, etc.) to benefit from night‑time transport.
- Age between 18 and 38 years.
- Completed high‑school education (bachelor’s diploma or transcript).
- Proactive attitude with a strong vocation for service.

- Basic food handling.
