Software Engineer Analyst II – DevOps & Automation

About the role

Banco Agrícola is looking for a mid‑level Software Engineer Analyst to lead the standardisation of coding practices and automation within a DevOps/DevSecOps culture. You will work with specialised teams to ensure software quality, reusability and alignment with corporate and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and maintain coding standards, patterns and reference models for assigned technologies.
• Generate reports and metrics using traceability and analytics tools to monitor standardisation progress.
• Collaborate with architecture and cybersecurity teams to propose technology evolution alternatives.
• Develop reusable code components that embed industry best practices for speed, security and efficiency.
• Facilitate onboarding, training and technical assessments to ensure teams adopt standardised coding practices.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI concepts, software development, design patterns and coding best practices.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and basic infrastructure knowledge.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture, including CI/CD pipelines.
