About the role

The Commercial Supervisor for the Eastern and Central Zone will lead a team of commercial managers, ensuring sales targets are met, service quality is maintained, and credit policies are followed. The role involves close coordination with senior management and strategic partners to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assign sales targets, territories and points of sale to the commercial team in collaboration with Commercial Management.
• Monitor daily performance against KPIs and provide feedback through field visits and one‑on‑one meetings.
• Resolve operational issues with strategic allies (sales heads, field coordinators, vendors) and internal departments (Legal, Credit, Risk).
• Track and ensure timely resolution of credit and legal inconsistencies identified in commercial processes.
• Oversee the first instalments of new customers to guarantee placement quality and portfolio sustainability.
• Ensure timely delivery of license plates for new credit customers, maintaining client satisfaction.
• Provide commercial insights and market behavior data to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate and deliver commercial training sessions.
• Support recruitment, discipline and development of the team.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts.
• Monitor specific processes related to collections and customer service for plate procedures.
• Identify and improve new point‑of‑sale creation.
• Assist in launching new brand agreements and upcoming openings.
• Occasionally support FlexiOutlet management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and decision‑making ability, especially under pressure.
• Assertive communication and team motivation skills.
• Analytical capability to interpret placement, delinquency and productivity indicators.
• Effective conflict‑resolution skills with internal and external partners.
