Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

A highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist is sought to identify, attract and secure top talent across diverse markets and industries. The role combines traditional recruiting expertise with modern sourcing techniques, data-driven decisions and AI-powered talent acquisition practices, in a fast-paced environment where you will build talent pipelines and partner with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical and leadership positions
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring needs
• Run proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, market intelligence, social recruiting, employee referrals and more
• Use AI-powered recruiting tools and talent intelligence platforms to improve sourcing, candidate engagement and efficiency
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
• Screen candidates, run competency-based interviews and coordinate assessments
• Analyse recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill and candidate experience
• Drive employer branding and candidate attraction strategies
• Stay current with labour market trends, sourcing innovations and recruitment technology

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search or Talent Attraction
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels
• Experience recruiting across Central America or regional markets is highly desirable
• Advanced written and spoken English

Required skills

• Talent sourcing, candidate scouting, talent mapping, executive search, Boolean search, recruitment marketing and candidate assessment
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, talent insights platforms, AI-powered sourcing tools and CRM recruiting systems
• Preferred: AI in recruiting, data analytics, market mapping, DEI recruiting, employer branding and talent pipeline development
