Technical Support Representative - Remote EEG Monitoring (Bilingual)

About the role

Fusion CX is hiring Technical Support Representatives for a remote EEG monitoring program based in San Salvador, El Salvador. You will remotely monitor ongoing EEG studies, keeping the integrity of EEG data and connected equipment intact, and support patients and EEG technicians during active neurological monitoring studies.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor EEG studies in progress, ensuring the integrity of EEG data and equipment.
• Follow established communication and technical procedures throughout the monitoring process.
• Communicate clearly with patients and EEG technicians during active studies.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues involving computers, software and connected equipment.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues promptly to management.
• Document monitoring activities, detected issues and actions taken accurately.
• Follow healthcare privacy protocols, including HIPAA requirements.

Required profile

• C1-level English, spoken and written.
• At least 18 years old and a valid ID.
• High school diploma completed.
• Minimum 6 months of back-office experience in data monitoring, data entry, quality review or a similar area (mandatory).
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and full attendance in initial training.
• Preferred: previous BPO experience in healthcare or technical support, and familiarity with medical or EEG terminology.

Required skills

• Navigate the web, work across multiple windows and systems, use email and Microsoft Office or Google tools.
• Functional typing and strong written English.
• Basic computer and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow healthcare privacy protocols such as HIPAA.
