About the role

The Electrical Technician ensures uninterrupted operation of people‑flow systems in commercial and residential buildings, maintaining the highest safety standards. You will respond quickly to fault reports, install new equipment and perform regular adjustments to prevent catastrophic failures.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to breakdown reports immediately, diagnosing complex electromechanical failures.
• Install and commission new vertical transport equipment such as elevators, electric stairways and mobile ramps.
• Conduct periodic adjustments and preventive maintenance to avoid severe malfunctions.
• Verify that each elevator or stairway complies with local safety regulations and perform the required tests.

Required profile

• Completed technical studies in Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics or related fields that enable reading control diagrams.
• At least 2 years of experience working with vertical transport systems (elevators, electric stairways, mobile ramps).
• Proficiency in MS Office for creating service reports and maintenance logs.
• Ability to explain technical issues to building owners or administrators and negotiate repair timelines.
