Técnico Electromecánico – San Juan Opico

About the role

The company, a leader in sustainable packaging, is looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join its production and maintenance team in San Juan Opico. You will work on improving processes, executing maintenance tasks, and ensuring equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and propose improvements in production and maintenance processes to optimise maintenance costs.
• Suggest adjustments to maintenance plans based on operational experience and provide necessary technical information.
• Review work orders, validate that maintenance activities are correctly prioritised and resourced.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, as well as inspection check‑lists following quality and safety standards.
• Report intervention results to the immediate leader to trigger incident management.

Required profile

• Technical degree in engineering, mechatronics, electricity or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic electricity, refrigeration systems and chiller maintenance.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, industrial measurement and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance management in an industrial environment.
