Temporary Recruiter – CX & Support Hiring

About the role

The Temporary Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for CX and support positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of vacancies while delivering a positive candidate experience aligned with Startek’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and coordinate offers for various CX and support roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and keep the applicant tracking system up‑to‑date.
• Support hiring events and report on recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in BPO or CX environments.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks and meet fast‑paced hiring targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and working with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of the local labor market and basic employment practices in El Salvador.
• Organizational attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in HR or Business preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Salvador.
